Thomas W. Payne
Founder and President
Tom has experience in graffiti removal, surface restoration and has worked first hand in removing a strong rubber smell from a large warehouse. He has been trained by multiple manufacturers in the art of sealing concrete floors and privileged to multiple inside secrets to help present the best possible concrete floor for your future tenants.
Thomas W. Payne IV
Vice President
Thomas has experience in surface restoration and extensive training regarding EPA regulations as well as exterior maintenance on LEED buildings. He continues education on best practices for power washing, sealing, chemicals, wastewater recovery, and much more.
Mark Neville
Director of Operations
Mark has experience in all aspects of parking lot maintenance. This includes sweeping, layout, striping, ADA (American With Disabilities Act) issues, stenciling and installation of traffic buttons and other road marking devices. Mark continues to research the best methods regarding surface restoration and sealing.
Aaron Brandt
Asst. Director of Ops
Aaron has first hand experience in all aspects of surface restoration, parking lot maintenance, sealing, and epoxy coatings. Aaron handles all our safety training and has completed extensive OSHA and safety training courses.
Taylor King
Q.C. Inspector
Taylor has a wealth of experience in construction, surface restoration and striping. Taylor is responsible for inspecting all projects at their completion to ensure the quality of work is up to our standards. He continues education working with our manufacturer reps regarding industry best traffic paint, sealers, and much more.

What’s in a Name?
Tom Payne founded KAT Klean in 1996, ten years later the company was incorporated.
Mr. Payne, a family man with good old-fashioned values, needed a name for his new cleaning service. But Tom wanted a name that bridged his passion for the business with his passion for his family. After a few sleepless nights, the perfect name came to the forefront. Using the first letter in each of children’s first name (Katie, Austin and Thomas), KAT Klean was born.
KAT Klean’s first service offering was removing graffiti for the City of Plano. 
From here, Tom’s old-fashioned values, combined with unrivaled determination and a relentless focus on customer service, proved to be a winning formula – One that continues to fuel the company’s accelerated growth. To this day KAT Klean still takes great pride in providing quality and affordable services, backed by the family’s tradition of promising complete satisfaction. The entire KAT Klean Team is highly trained and committed to providing the best possible outcomes.
